Forgive me for sounding gruesome, but what I’m referring too is one of the most amazing games of the Xbox 360. For those who still havn’t figured out what game it is, I have a feeling that this post would probably be quite boring. But for the others who know that it is referring to Gears of War, probably are gamers and should understand my excitement! 
I was actually going to post this up earlier, but I couldn’t figure out a decent title, and thus couldn’t get some decent content flow. I know and I know that many so called “systems to writing a good essay” proposes that the title should go on last and match the rest of the essay, but for me I enjoy finding one word and going off on a tangent as I am now…
[aside] This tangent should at least provide some form of intellectual stimulation to those who do not approve of the satisfaction I derive from the mindless “video game violence” about to be described.
But lets shift back into gear. On Sunday night after the Chinese New Year dinner held for students by the uni student ministry of my church, Alvin, Clement and myself found ourselves at my place playing co-op Gears of War in hardcore difficulty, and through that one sitting FINISHED the game. Well actually I was sleeping till about 3am whilst they were playing the beginning few chapters caused I played it already, and Alvin left about 5:30am when if he stayed on for about another 45 minutes he would have seen the ending.
But why chainsaws and shotguns? Because of the amazing goriness these weapons dish out. Below is an amazing display of what happens when you rev up the chainsaw!
IT IS ADRENALIN INDUCING! IT IS SENSELESS ACTION! BUT OH SO FUN! 
Basically when you start chainsawing any thing that moves, the blood spatters all over your screen! And in the case of co-op, if your partner is standing really close, the blood will spatter over his/her screen too! MUHAHAUAH
And last night I decided to take whatever puny GoW skills I have online, and blunty stated, I got decimated due to my lack of experience BUT IT WAS STILL FUN! Once I started to find my ground a bit (that was after about getting killed every round for an hour…) I had one round where I completely destroyed all four players in the opposing team! Was using the shotgun and in a mad frenzy I took out three in less then 5 seconds and then went on to hunt down the last one which was promptly chainsawed in half! I think it will be late nights for me from now on playing GoW online
